Job Description / Role

  • Employment: Contract
  • Experience: 5+ years
  • Job Location: Ajman, UAE
  • Contract Duration: 6 months and extendable

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Flutter mobile applications.
  • Implement APIs to connect the app with the backend application.
  • Collaborate with the development team to build new features.
  • Write high-quality, clean, maintainable, and efficient code, creating extensive documentation for existing code, and refactoring previously written code.
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues related to the application and its APIs.
  • Deploy new app versions to Google Play and Apple Store.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.
  • Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in mobile software development.
  • Understanding of the Agile development life cycle.
  • Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
  • Strong experience in developing mobile applications using Flutter.
  • Strong experience in developing RESTful APIs using the Laravel framework.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and the Dart programming language.
  • Experience with Firebase.
  • Experience with Git.
  • Good knowledge of SQLite database.
  • Must have built at least two Android/iOS apps with Flutter and have published mobile apps on Google Play or the App Store.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiar ity with mobile app design principles and user experience (UX) best practices.
