Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work with the property leadership team to assess Engineering performance against the budget and identify areas of concern.
- Administer service contracts to meet property requirements.
- Ensure the fire crew has a complete understanding of procedures, equipment, and alarms.
- Coach and support the engineering leadership team in effectively managing controllable expenses.
- Develop an engineering operating strategy aligned with the property/brand's business strategy.
