- Salary: up to 4.5K all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
- Job Location: Ajman, UAE
About the Client:
Our client is one of the leading jacking manufacturers in the UAE, known for their high-quality products and exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in improving their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and providing them with up-to-date support material.
- Handle urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, addressing customer queries, informing them of any delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.
- Process orders received via phone, email, or mail, ensuring accuracy in pricing, discounts, and product numbers.
- Input orders into the system, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements and that all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
- Perform other administrative tasks as requested or critical to office operations.
Requirements
- Open to Asian nationals
- Maximum age of 40 years old
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a related industry in the UAE, such as tools, equipment, repair services, etc.
- Candidates with a UAE driving license are preferred
- Proficient in MS Office
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized
Pay Scale and Benefits
The salary for the Sales Assistant position is up to AED 4,500 all-inclusive, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
