Al Amal Recruitment is a Dubai-based recruitment firm that specializes in providing staffing solutions to clients in the GCC region. We are currently seeking Freelance Business Development Executives to source clients remotely. As a commission-based role with an allowance, there is no basic salary. We value self-motivated individuals with a strong background in B2B recruitment. Candidates must have their own residence visa and are not required to be present in the office during specific working hours. We focus on results rather than strict attendance.

Job Responsibilities

• Prospect potential corporate clients.
• Make client calls to introduce our company.
• Arrange client meetings to present our services.
• Negotiate with clients.
• Provide product orientation to clients.
• Assist in contract signing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Business Development Executive in a recruitment company.
• Experienced in meeting corporate clients.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Pleasing personality and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Must have your own database or excel in prospecting clients.
