Job Summary

• Design program evaluations and institutional surveys using survey application tools and prepare survey result reports.
• Assist in the preparation, collection, and review of institutional data for Ministry submissions, accreditation requirements, and ranking submissions.
• Manage and update annual university publications and institutional databases.
• Follow up on reports and data requests within specified time frames and deadlines.
• Organize and facilitate meetings, including scheduling, coordination, and agenda preparation.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Director of the Quality Assurance and Institutional Effectiveness (QA&IE) Unit.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2 years of experience in academic quality assurance or institutional research.
• Excellent experience in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in database management, software development, and/or website development.
