Job Summary

• Finalize the delivery schedule and prepare necessary delivery documents.
• Ensure pick-up and delivery of products according to customer orders.
• Work in compliance with UAE rules and regulations of transport.
• Obtain all relevant information (product/service details, address, contact details, etc.) for deliveries well in advance.
• Track the status of deliveries and promptly resolve any issues.
• Respond promptly to delivery-related inquiries from customers and in-house team members.
• Notify customers in advance about any delivery delays.
• Ensure proper packing, storage, and transportation of products to avoid accidents.
• Ensure safe loading and unloading of products.
• Maintain relevant records and prepare reports in an organized manner.

Eligibility and Competencies

• Practical experience of 2-3 years in a similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Enthusiastic and proactive in performing assigned tasks.

Job Type

• Full-time, Permanent.

Salary

• AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month.
