Roles & Responsibilities:
- Take charge of planning, scheduling, predicting, and managing all technical tasks related to villa projects, ensuring accuracy, resource allocation, and quality from initiation to completion.
- Identify project responsibilities and delegate specific phases and elements to the appropriate personnel.
- Maximize project efficiency and profitability.
- Develop and control the complete project plan lifecycle.
- Assist the project manager in establishing project objectives, procedures, data collection methods, and performance standards within corporate policy boundaries.
- Prepare scheduled updates on construction activities and analyze manpower and equipment requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Solid knowledge of project execution, with a preference for candidates with villa experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of UAE experience in the construction field.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- Strong field management experience.
