Job Summary
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels.
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
- Have in-depth knowledge of products to provide accurate information and answer questions.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver professional service.
Salary and Benefits
The salary range for this position is AED 4,000 to 6,000 per month, inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
- High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
- Ability to stay calm and composed when dealing with stressed customers.
- Comfortable using computers and technology.
- Experience working in customer support roles.
- Basic knowledge of pricing and calculations.
